50% booking retainer

A non-refundable 50% retainer secures your date after the quote is approved. Your date is not reserved until payment is received.

Changes & rescheduling

Changes are subject to material availability and timing. Rescheduling depends on calendar availability and may involve additional costs.

Outdoor installations

Outdoor balloon décor is weather-sensitive. Heat, cold, wind and rain can affect appearance and longevity; safe installation conditions come first.

Do you have a storefront or pickup?

No. Bernese Balloon operates from a private Bedford production studio and provides delivery or professional installation rather than customer pickup.

How much is delivery?

Ready-to-hang delivery starts at $15 in Bedford/nearby and $25 for many Halifax, Dartmouth and Sackville addresses. Exact fees are confirmed by address and order size.

Do you install at venues?

Yes. Venue installs are available across our service area, subject to venue access rules, setup windows and suitable attachment points.

Can I choose my colours?

Yes. We can build a palette around your invitation, theme, room, brand colours or inspiration photo. Specialty balloon colours may affect pricing.

How early should I book?

Earlier is better for weekends and larger events. A date is secured only after your quote is approved and the booking retainer is received.

What happens with outdoor balloon décor?

Outdoor balloons can change or pop with weather and direct sun. We will recommend a safe setup and may adjust or decline an outdoor installation if conditions are unsuitable.
